Movie Review - Coyote vs. Acme

I love the Looney Tunes. I've been a fan of those classic cartoons for as long as I can remember. So of course I was excited to hear about a new project. But would it be another disappointment like the past several box office attempts?

The Coyote vs. Acme is a 2026 family comedy movie. It is rated PG and is appropriate for all ages.

My Thoughts

Premise & Story: The premise is brilliant! Coyote finally sues Acme for all their faulty products. And the plot is very strong with the story progressing in a logical manner.

Cartoons: The animation is top notch! The Looney Tune characters are all true to their classic versions. And the gags and action feels modern and yet classic. When the cartoons are on screen, the movie is A+.

Humans: The only real weakness in this film is the human characters. None of them were well cast, nor could any other them act. When the humans were on the screen, it felt like a cheap TV movie.

Overall

Coyote vs. Acme is a fun and entertaining film. The premise is brilliant! Coyote finally sues Acme for all their faulty products. And the plot is very strong with the story progressing in a logical manner. The animation is top notch! The Looney Tune characters are all true to their classic versions.
